With a desire to solve problems and an extreme passion for helping others, the coming together of two individuals with a shared idea, the vision of Comprehensive Care Connect Staffing was born. Christina Smith and Michael Campbell have a combined almost four decades of experience in Nursing and Healthcare Administration, respectively. Christina has been an RN for almost two decades in various Hospital settings in leadership roles and currently is pursuing her advance degree in Nursing, while the Army veteran Michael has served over two plus decades in Healthcare Administration roles in Pharmaceutical, Hospital, and business office environments with a focus in Revenue Cycle, Operations and Compliance/Risk Management.  At some point, they both desired to make a difference in the healthcare community on a greater scale. In 2021, during a Global Pandemic and COVID-19 crisis, Comprehensive Care Connect Staffing opened its doors. Many of the initial clients and team members were healthcare organizations and professionals who were impacted by the Pandemic.

It was during those times that the values and principles of our organization were solidified. We never imagined such a devastating health crisis would change the trajectory of our business and facilitate our creation. We are grateful and honored.

We are often asked; how did we arrive at the name Comprehensive Care Connect Staffing. It goes back to our mindset and vision of giving back and being the connection to facilitate a total and complete care initiative centered around bridging the gap between meeting client needs and job seekers desire to control their future career path, which is displayed in our principles and commitment to our clients and team.

There have been many who have had an impact and helped us live up to our name as an organization. We are solution focused.

We run our organization with the intention to be a solution. We want to make a difference. We understand our job does not end at making a successful placement or hiring a new employee. Our job extends to the hands that will take care of someone’s loved one. We do not take that lightly. Our team does not take that lightly.
